Submit a Camp

Use this form to submit a request to add a summer camp to the Caregiving Summer Camps page. Please fill out one form per camp. There are spots to add multiple date ranges if needed, and an age range selection that goes from ages 3 to 25. The section at the top is for your contact info, which the Caregiving team will use to send email correspondence about the submission process.

You will receive an email confirming the Caregiving team has received your form as well as when they submit their review. Please note that if approved, all details and criteria below will automatically be uploaded to the public summer camp page (unless noted otherwise).
